Single-story pool home on 2.5 acres in Jupiter Farms with no HOA. Four bedrooms, two full baths and a half bath across 3,236 square feet, all on one level. The roof is brand new for 2026, with air conditioning from 2016 and 2020 and a 2022 water heater. Well and septic, Agricultural Residential zoning, and an attached garage plus a separate 500 square foot carport. Inside, the layout puts the bedrooms on their own side of the house, away from the main living areas. The kitchen has newer appliances, and both full baths have been updated. Outside is the reason to buy here. Roughly 1,050 square feet of covered porch runs along the back of the house, with the chlorine pool off of it and a gazebo nearby. A tennis court sits at the rear of the lot. The rest of the 2.5 acres is open and usable, and there is no association governing what you do with it. The sprinkler system draws from the pond on the property, so irrigation never touches the well. Storm protection is hurricane shutters, with panels for every opening. The house runs all electric through FPL, with Xfinity available up to 1.2 gigabit and network distribution wired back to a central location. The cameras, thermostat and water heater sit on smart controls. Jupiter Farms is where lots get measured in acres and the roads stay quiet, and it is still a short drive from everything Jupiter is known for. Riverbend Park and the Loxahatchee River canoe launch are a few minutes west, with miles of trails for riding, hiking and paddling, and the Loxahatchee Slough and Corbett wildlife area beyond them. Head the other way on Indiantown Road and you pick up the Turnpike and I-95, then Jupiter's beaches, the inlet, and the waterfront restaurants at Harbourside Place. Carlin Park and the Jupiter Beach boardwalk are about twenty minutes from the driveway, with Dubois Park and the Jupiter Inlet lighthouse just past them. Acreage this size, this close to the ocean, is the part of Palm Beach County that keeps getting harder to find.
