Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Referral License Status

By joining our brokerage under referral status:

You remain licensed in Florida

You are not permitted to list or sell real estate

You may refer clients and receive referral commissions

2. Referral Agreement Process

Referrals must be documented via our internal form or email

A licensed, active Realtor must accept the referral before the client engages in a transaction

You must notify us when a referral results in a closed transaction

3. Commission Payments

Referral commissions are typically 20% to 30% of the agent's commission

Payouts are made after we receive the broker's portion from the closing

You will be paid via direct deposit or mailed check (based on your preference on file)

4. No Guarantee of Income

Referral commissions are not guaranteed. Earnings depend on client follow-through, agent performance, and successful closings.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting referral income to the IRS. We will issue a 1099 form if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year.
